Announcing pdEnroller, PSESD’s new Registration Management and Clock Hour System!
pdEnroller was developed by ESD 112 with a vision of having all nine ESDs and OSPI use the program for their professional development registration and clock hour management. Puget Sound ESD will launch pdEnroller on psesd.org on April 2, 2018. The week prior to the launch Clock Hours will be down while transcript and class data are migrated into the new system.
The following are dates to be noted:
- March 21, Clock Hours will be down to allow for the migration of data into pd
- March 26, a training will be held 1:00-2:30pm in the Dogwood Room, and written instructions for using pdEnroller will be provided at that time. Important Note: During the week of March 26, programs will need to find any classes in pdEnroller that have already been submitted and approved for clock hour approval. These clock hour proposals will need to have registration details added to them. A new event should NOT be created for them, as that would result in duplicate entries for a single event.
- April 2, the current class calendar on psesd.org will be replaced with pdEnroller, and Clock Hours will be open for business.
In the interest of time, this training will NOT be hands-on. It will be an overview of pdEnroller, focusing on our first steps. Written instructions will be provided at the training.
If you have not created a pdEnroller user account, please create an account prior to the training here: https://www.pdenroller.org/welcome
