We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, January 4th for The Puget Sound Leadership Academy (PSLA)! Light breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. and we will begin PSLA promptly at 8:30 a.m.
As a reminder, this year PSLA will focus entirely on adaptive leadership development. Based on Harvard Center for Public Leadership co-founder Ron Heifetz’ seminal work, adaptive leadership provides a new tool-kit uniquely suited to advancing system-wide change. The six connected PSLA sessions will help participants build their knowledge, skills, and abilities to analyze individual and collective strategies to achieve our END and commitment to becoming an Antiracist Multicultural Organization.
PSLA cohorts are designed for optimal learning when all members participate. The 35 person cohorts have been constructed to include staff from a mix of work units to help strengthen cross-functional relationships and mobilize the work. Books and other materials have been purchased based on confirmed commitments to attend all or no less than five of the six PSLA sessions.
