Update from Strategic Direction Action Team 2 (SD2)
In 2016, the Human Resources and Organizational Development department began exploring a redesign of the agency’s current evaluation system. Building on the work of a 2014 pilot, the redesign would create a meaningful goal setting and evaluation system tied to the Agency’s END – Success for Each Child and Eliminate the Opportunity Gap by Leading with Racial Equity and its commitment to becoming an Antiracist Multicultural Organization.
